Ministries

Ministry is about giving and receiving ministry. The biblical word “to minister” simply means “to serve”. Hopefully you will find here descriptions of different ministries that will both serve you and give you opportunity to serve. Some of our ministries are organized around certain age groups or interests while some focus on a specific activity. Regardless, our desire is that God be glorified in all we do.

Ministry Application
We ask that everyone desiring to serve take the time to complete a Ministry Application. Your application will help us to know how we can direct and serve you in the use of your spiritual gifts. It will also be an encouraging experience for you as you reflect on your spiritual journey.

Children/Student Supplement
If you desire to work with children or youth, we require this supplement to be completed in addition to the Ministry Application.

Worship Supplement
If you desire to serve in the worship ministry, we require this supplement to be be completed in addition to the Ministry Application.

Background Check
This form authorizes the church to obtain background information and is required for certain ministry positions, especially those which involve work with children and youth. The church is required to keep this completed form on file for at least two years after requesting a background check.

Membership Questionnaire
This questionnaire will be held in strict confidence. We desire to hear from everyone individually. Weather you are married or single, please fill out your own questionnaire. Once you have completed the questionnaire be sure to forward it to the church office several days before your interview so the pastor can personally prepare.
