In a few short verses James unveils four principles behind all prayer that has great power.  First and foremost, prayer is the way God works.  As John Wesley bluntly stated, “God does nothing, but in answer to believing prayer.”  We will not pray with power until we realize that prayer is God’s primary means.  Then and only then will pray as we ought.

  1. Hello Pastor Brian, I am now checking the RCF website and listening to the message from last Sunday. It is great to hear your voice. Very clear and concise. Listening to the message again gave me a better understanding, picking up details that did not register previously. I hope you have a safe journey to Ghana. Please give my regards to Ben & Beatrice Kotey for me. My regards to Beth and the family.
